Audio Answer Inc., doing business as Audio Answer, offers optional text messages about services you request from our vehicle-electronics shop.
Messages you may receive
With your permission, messages may include replies to inquiries, requested estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, secure deposit or payment links, installation updates, and vehicle-ready notifications. You may reply with questions or scheduling requests. This program does not include promotional campaigns or review requests.
Your choice
We ask for your explicit permission before enrolling your mobile number. Providing a phone number, requesting an estimate, or booking a service does not by itself enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may use phone or email instead. We do not use purchased contact lists.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments, and services. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider about your plan.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out, after which program messages will stop unless you opt in again.

Let us know if your mobile number changes or is reassigned. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment details by text; use the secure payment method provided for your transaction.
Delivery and appointments
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Text delivery is not guaranteed. An appointment request is not a confirmed booking; Audio Answer will confirm the date separately. If a message is time-sensitive, contact the shop by phone.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for information about collection, use, and protection of customer information. Mobile information and text-message opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to support our communications and deliver messages.
